To provide the most accurate quote, we will need your trip details. You may call (302) 307-2424 or fill out one of these three forms to receive a quote.

1.) Request Form - We recommend this option if you'd like an immediate quote for a sedan or SUV. For larger vehicles, we will send over a quote and follow up.

2.) Contact Form - We recommend this option if you have a more complex request or prefer a more personalized approach. A sales representative will get in touch with you to discuss your trip request, offer tailored solutions, and provide a quote.

3.) Wedding Consultation Form - All wedding requests must use this form, so our wedding coordinator can help you determine which solutions best work for your preferences and budget.

Where is Delaware Limo located?

Our base of operations is in Wilmington, Delaware.

What are your hours?

Our team is available to help you make new reservations and fulfill quote requests between 8 AM and 8 PM. If you have an existing reservation, our dispatchers are available 24/7 to assist you if you need to contact your chauffeur or make any last-minute changes.

Does Delaware Limo provide alcohol?

We do not provide or sell alcohol, however, you are more than welcome to bring beverages on board.

Can I smoke inside the vehicles?

No. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles under any circumstance. This includes cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and illegal substances. If smoking occurs within the vehicles, you may be subject to a cleaning fee and the reservation may be terminated without a refund.

Can I extend my reservation?

Yes! However, any additional time in the vehicle past the scheduled reservation will be charged by the hour. The rates depend on which vehicle is reserved.

How many stops can I make?

You can make as many stops as you’d like during your reserved time. We simply ask that you provide us with the addresses of each stop beforehand to ensure adequate time for your reservation.

Are tolls are included in the quote?

Yes, tolls are included and can vary depending on the route. We may notify you of additional tolls charged if necessary.

No, you do not! We have a diverse clientele living all over the tri-state area, including:

Absolutely! We service the tri-state area such as Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and New York.

What states can you arrange transportation in?

Our extensive network of partners enables us to offer transportation services in all 50 states, as well as in Puerto Rico.

How early should I begin planning transportation for my wedding?

We recommend you start planning your transportation at least 3-6 months before the wedding date. However, some clients begin planning as early as a year ahead! If you're getting married during peak seasons like spring and fall, it becomes more critical to start your planning early since dates fill up quickly. Starting your planning early will also enable us to help with hotel recommendations.

Is there someone that can assist me with planning my transportation?

Yes! We have a dedicated wedding coordinator who will guide you throughout the process. After collecting your wedding details, they will provide vehicle recommendations based on your budget, timing, and preferences. After finalizing your itinerary our wedding coordinator will manage any changes, review the itinerary before your wedding date, and monitor your reservation the day of.

What information is required to get started?

To provide you with the most accurate quotes, we require essential information such as your wedding date, start and end time, venue, hotel locations, and the number of guests who require transportation. The more details you provide upfront, the more precise we can be. However, if you don't have all the details yet, don't worry! We can still help you.

Is there a limit to how many guests you can accommodate?

No. We have the experience and resources to handle weddings of any scale. Over the years, we have successfully orchestrated numerous weddings with 200 guests or more.

Do you provide vintage vehicles?

Yes, however, we only offer vintage vehicles upon request. We highly recommend inquiring several months in advance due to limited supply and availability. Additionally, vintage vehicles are only available in specific areas, so please check with your coordinator to confirm availability in your location.

Can we add wedding decorations to the limousine?

Yes! You are more than welcome to add any decorations. However, any decorations should not obstruct the driver's view from the front windshield. It is also your responsibility to securely install any exterior decorations. We are not liable for any items that may fall off during the ride.

What is a "getaway" vehicle? Do I need one for my wedding?

After the wedding ceremony or reception, a getaway vehicle - usually a car or limousine - is dedicated to transporting the newlyweds to their next destination. While it is not mandatory, this tradition signifies the start of the couple's journey and provides a celebratory touch to the occasion. Additionally, it offers an intimate space for the couple to spend some quality time together after a busy day of celebrations.

How will I be notified of my chauffeur's location?

You will receive automated text messages throughout your reservation with updates including when your chauffeur has departed and arrived. In addition, the day before your reservation, you will receive a text notification with your driver's name and contact information.

What happens if my wedding is delayed?

If your wedding is delayed for any reason and you need more time, you can contact our dispatch team and request additional hours. We will automatically charge the card we have on file for the extra time. However, in certain situations, we may have a strict cut-off time due to another reservation scheduled right after yours. If this is the case, your coordinator will inform you and we will be unable to extend your reservation beyond the pre-determined time.

Can we leave our personal belongs in the vehicle during the ceremony and reception?

If the vehicle is reserved on an hourly basis, then your guests are welcome to leave their personal belongs in the vehicle. Rest assured, the chauffeur will remain with the vehicle at all times to ensure the security of your belongings.

When is the final balance due for my wedding's limousine, party bus, or shuttle rental?

The remaining balance must be settled in full 30 days prior to your reservation date. The balance will be charged automatically using the credit card information provided on file. A payment receipt will be issued to you upon completion of the transaction. In the event that any changes are made, such as adding extra time to your reservation, additional charges will be billed automatically to the card on file.

When is the final balance due for my wedding's motor coach or vintage car rental?

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Policies

Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?

Yes. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and are required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, party buses, and shuttles. However, for motor coaches and vintage cars, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Delaware Limo currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover).

Am I required to tip my chauffeur?

While tipping is not obligatory, it is highly recommended, especially if you are exceptionally pleased with your service.

How can I tip my chauffeur?

If you wish to tip your chauffeur, you can do so in cash at the time of service. Alternatively, you may also choose to add a tip by authorizing a credit card charge.
